ANXIETY ATTACKS? BLAME YOUR DIET

Well, yes. I was shocked by this news, published in January by  Adnkronos Health, according to which my and your anxiety attacks (Never had?) 🙂 could be caused by mine or your diet. Have you ever noticed this? I haven’t! So we are told from Australia: THE MORE YOU GORGE, THE MORE YOU FALL PREY OF ANXIETY! Indeed, THE MORE YOU GET DEPRESSED! And not just for the belly! Researchers (serious matter, really!) associate the consumption of fatty foods to 50% more possibilities to develop “psychological disorders such as anxiety and depression.” In short: CRUNCH A RINGO AND YOU’LL FINISH TO THE MENTAL HOME! Sure, you can laugh! Eat and you’ll get over! As my grandfather would say. But this remains. The Australian research goes further giving an optimistic datum: as for women depression and anxiety go down by 30% among women who are fed with plenty of fruit, vegetables and whole wheat flour. And here you could make a treaty. Thus, off the top of one’s head, I can think of three connections: * The importance of water for our mood (I’ll post it as soon as I can!); * The stodgy film caused by dairy products (you already know that, right?!); * The energy of the body and the basicity of our stomach (I know it’s better to write something about it!) That said, however, one thing is certain: if you have the slightest doubt about how to go on, PEEL A CARROT AND YOU’LL STAY ALWAYS ON TRACK! Or perhaps should I say in SHAPE? Yes because a doubt comes to us, anxious and curious women: is it possible to lose our depression together with our belly and buttocks? In this case we didn’t need an Australian research!
